Your event
Our Red Bus Tea Room is available to hire for your event at our home in Ivy Cottage Tree Farm in Wilmslow. The venue has off-road parking, room to run or walk around and bathroom facilities. We find it works really well for our clients.
Whether you are looking for a unique way to celebrate a family event; such as a Christening, a small wedding party, an Anniversary or a Birthday party we are sure to be able to help. We can usually tailor what we do to suit you- so we are able to cater for a Birthday whether it is for a Child (and a football theme is required) or for someone of more mature years where Afternoon tea on vintage china is more appropriate!

We can help your Company or organisation too. Whether you want an unusual venue for a meeting or team building session, to entertain clients at an event or a way to launch a product that people will really remember, the Big Red Bus Tea Room is what you are looking for. If you want your fundraising event to be just a little bit different- why not use the Red Bus?

As well as our standard 'bus theme' decor, we can also do a 'Great British' theme or use Vintage China, at no extra charge; just tell us when you book if you would like to take up either option. For Children's Parties, we add balloons, bunting and tableware to match your theme (or your child's current obsession!).

We are happy to work alongside other businesses on the farm; so if you want to laser clay pigeon shoot, go fairy hunting or have a nerf gun war, you can do that on site and we will provide the catering.

THE IMPORTANT BIT:
We need to be able to park the bus on a relatively flat area of solid ground as the bus is quite heavy!
If you don't own the area you want us to park the bus, you need permission from the landowner.
The bus doesn't have any on-board toilet facilities so you need to consider a location where there are toilets relatively close. If you don't have any, then we work with a couple of local companies who have portable toilets and we can arrange those for you. Please ask us when you book​.
